GlaxoSmithKline Fourteenth Annual IMPACT Awards Greater Philadelphia Region

Call for applications

• Are you a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing access to healthcare and setting an outstanding example?
• Would you like to receive an award of $40,000 for your current, overall work?
• Would you like the media to tell the story of your work in the community?
• Do you want the opportunity to share best practices with other organizations that provide access to healthcare?

The GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards target community-based healthcare nonprofits in the Greater Philadelphia region that provide access to healthcare for the underserved.  Up to ten organizations in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, or Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania and the City of Camden in New Jersey will be awarded $40,000 each.

Application deadline – Monday, March 29, 2010 at 4:00 PM EDT
